In 2019 Groupe VIVESCIA selected Asape CRM and moved the project from selection in autumn 2019 to a mid-2020 production deployment to operate a connected bourse aux engrais service for its cooperative members in North-East France. The Asape CRM deployment targeted a mobile-first ordering experience, positioning the application within the CRM category and prioritizing field and member-facing workflows for cooperative agribusiness operations.
Implementation focused on a mobile-first ordering experience delivered through Asape CRM, with explicit functional capabilities including mobile order capture, grouped-order capabilities for cooperative members, and SSO access for streamlined authentication. Configuration emphasized member account management, order aggregation workflows, and a mobile user interface tailored to on-the-go agribusiness ordering.
Operational coverage was scoped to cooperative members in North-East France and the bourse aux engrais trading service, with the solution running as the primary member ordering channel for that service. The deployment timeline followed selection in autumn 2019 and went live mid-2020, with Asape CRM serving member engagement and ordering business functions.
Governance and rollout were executed as a focused service deployment for the cooperative, with SSO implemented to simplify member access and grouped-order functionality to support cooperative purchasing processes. The project recorded positive user feedback within the first months of operation, indicating user acceptance of the mobile-first Asape CRM ordering experience.

| Kyriba | Legacy | Kyriba Treasury | Treasury Management | TRM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Groupe VIVESCIA implemented Kyriba Treasury for Treasury Management as part of the switchover from IS covering PTP, OTC and FTS to SAP across the France and Switzerland scope. The Kyriba Treasury deployment was positioned to ensure continuity of service while managing multiple parallel projects and to centralize cash, payment and reconciliation workflows into a single treasury application.
The implementation defined and configured target functional flows to pass through Kyriba Treasury, including bank remittance, bank reconciliation and unpaid debt handling, together with a defined recovery strategy for cash operations. Customer accounting automations were specified inside the Kyriba Treasury scope to support automatic allocation to intra group customers, mass transfer to litigation, tracing of unpaid debts and customer payment blocking. General accounting requirements were translated into automated DADS declaration processes and supplier file rules, and credit service functionality was scoped to follow up loan type customers and enable data exchange between the credit manager service and the Salesmapp sales tool.
Architecturally the Kyriba Treasury implementation was integrated into VIVESCIA technical landscape via the enterprise EAI and SAP ECC, with technical studies and deployments referencing Solman, DEX v8 and DEX10, Progress 4GL, XML exchanges and Crystal Report for invoice design. Switzerland specific workstreams automated payment and direct debit flows and produced Crystal Report invoice outputs, while cross border reviews covered Spain and Portugal application certification. Windows 10 testing and alternatives for internal application compatibility were included in the technical rollout plan.
Governance and rollout were delivered in cross functional mode with a newly organized team of eight resources, including one project manager, four developers and three L2 support staff, and oversight from AMOA, MOE and DSI stakeholders. The Delivery Group Manager tracked approximately 15 projects outside SAP end to end from pre study to commissioning, managed development efforts supporting the switch to SAP for the French scope, and ran EAI improvements to reduce response times, while meeting stated cost, deadline and quality constraints.
